This mod basically fixes Merryweather shooting at each other in Elysian Island.
Caution: Recommended not to install this if you have VED installed, since VED already fixes the issue and overwriting elysian(underscore)island.ymt will cause the Merryweather jurisdiction not work.
Installation: GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/scenario
