Installation
1. Download OpenIV
2. Drag and drop the randomevents file to Gta V/x64a.rpf/data/tune
3. Run GTA

There are more chases with the police, drunk drivers, now the special forces can land in a helicopter, the police are more likely to drag the wounded to a safe place, there are more robberies, and residents are more likely to cross the road in the wrong place, residents are more likely to run through red lights.
