Single Player only.
Mod is not ready for FiveM. Might release an update for FiveM in the future.

Instructions:
-Replace for SinglePlayer

Drop file into OpenIV:
mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpchristmas2017\x64\levels\gta5\props\x17dlc_props_facility.rpf

Spawn in GTA V:
Open Menyoo by pressing F8

Object spooner > F9 button> Spawn Entity into World > Object > Search >
Search for: xm_base_cia_server_01
(add to favorites for later)
