if you have installed one of vice city map mod in GTA V , you can replace this banner
this is just as same as the original billboard but high quality and remake with new peds and textures and in game scene of gta v

installation:
for installation use open iv , go to update – x64 – dlcpacks – and locate your map mod folder and find the banner location

note: “”depend on your vice city map version the billboard location is different””
for example for @lunchxbles map version ; the billboard location is:
update – x64 – dlcpacks – vicecity – dlc – x64 – levels – gta5 – vicecity – airportn – ap_billboard.ytd
