Banshee GTS Liveries [Add-on]

Just a batch of additional liveries for the recently released Banshee GTS. These are straight up lore friendly 3rd gen Viper liveries, being dual black stripes, dual red stripes, the GTS stripes in black and the GTS stripes in red and black (similar to the ACR stripes). Real simple stuff.

These liveries are going here: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mp2024_02\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\mp2024_02\vehiclemods\banshee3_mods.rpf

Given that these are additional liveries on top of the already existing ones, I’ve included entries for the carcols.meta and global.gxt2 files, but forgot where I put the individual lines ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
