please download and install Synx’s chicago bulls jersey first you can get it here: Chicago Bulls #23
installation:
mods/x64v/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one/click on “uppr_diff_031_a_bla.ytd” and replace the .dds with my .png then click properties, (THIS IS IMPORTANT) put MipMap levels on 1
