Terry Thorpe from GTA: The Lost And Damned ported to GTA 5 by me
It retains the original weight painting from GTA TLAD, so the model’s movements are as accurate as possible to the original.
Features:
– This mod contains both an in-game and cutscene model. Both of these models have fully rigged facial animations.
Known bugs:
– The in-game model’s facial animations are a little cursed, but as long as you don’t try to apply a mood to his face via Menyoo or something he should look fine.
How to install:
– In-game model: Drop in all the files from my mod’s in-game folder to: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_ig.rpf\
– Cutscene model: Drop in all the files from my mod’s cutscene folder to: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64g.rpf\levels\gta5\generic\cutspeds.rpf\cs_terry
Alternatively, you can install it as an add-on ped.

❥ Removed unused “very low” LODs
❥ Tweaked uppr specular map and shader parameters, tentative introduction of leather micro detail

❥ Remade all specular maps from scratch, increasing material accuracy considerably
❥ Changed “uppr_000_r” naming convention to “uppr_000_u” (doesn’t affect anything, this is merely for perfectionism sake)

❥ Adjusted Terry’s hand color to match his head’s skin tone

– Added custom made specular maps to Terry’s in-game and cutscene models
– Fixed wrong normal map on cutscene Terry’s feet drawable
– Minor naming convention touch ups on Terry’s cutscene model

– Rerigged Terry’s in-game model entirely to fix severe facial animations issues.
– Proper GTA V vertex painting was applied to Terry’s cutscene model.
– Fixed several minor bugs.
