Installation:
1) Download addonpeds
2) Put the files where they belong
3) Set up dlclist.xml
4) Use ]AddonPeds Editor.exe] and add New Ped (Streamed = False)
5) Apply gameconfig.xml from if you crash with addonpeds in the dlclist.xml

or

1) Julio’s ped oiv package installer for simpler installation
2) Apply gameconfig.xml if you crash with addonpeds in the dlclist.xml
