Blue eyes for Franklin 1.0

I just wanted some blue eyes for my boy Franklin… oh and a bonus eyecolor aswell !
To install just pick the color you want then drag and drop it on Open IV to the :
Mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
