INSTALLATION:

download and install this, to not replace any clothing and install my mod as add-on: [EMFsp] Easy Mod Folder for SP Player Mods
2.
drop all files into this path:
Mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / EMFsingleplayer / dlc.rpf / x64 / streamedpeds_players.rpf / player_one
U CAN ALSO RENAME THE FILES TO REPLACE FRANKLINS NORMAL VANILLA CLOTHING
