D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01
To download the shirt to Single Player, you just need to replace the file from the ”SP” folder into the directory above.
