Use Meth0d’s Add-On Peds: addonpeds
-Add the ModelName “cloud1st” as a “not-streamed” Ped
-Add the ModelName “cloud2nd” as a “not-streamed” Ped

Or if you want, you can replace any ped. Just rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace.
