Enhanced Park Rangers 1.0a

This mod enhances the quality and amount of variations in the park ranger models that appear around Vinewood Hills and Raton Canyon.
Installation instructions are included in the Readme.txt document.

Known bugs:
– Male park ranger badges can sometimes clip into the shirt.
