This mod changes Franklin voice during cutscene with a female one, this mod only replaces his cutscene voice currently there will be an update for a complete version.

INSTALLATION
Drop all the files in
x64\audio\sfx\CUTSCENE_MASTERED_ONLY.rpf\
I’m still working on all the other audio like during conversation during missions and all the other files if anyone wants to help me on this project it would be apricated I have the whole project online with marking of voice change and all if anyone want to do a voiceover with a better once do let me know on my discord @wa_ys
