2. Open OpenIV
3. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpclothes\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpclothes_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_clothes_01
4. Turn on Edit Mode
5. Drop .ytd and .ydd files.
