Drag and drop files to “stream” folder
SinglePlayer
Open OpenIV
Enable “Edit mode”
Drag and drop files here: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpstunt\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpstunt_male.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_stunt_01
