FiveM
Drag and drop the files from the FiveM folder to your server’s Stream folder
I recommend installing the Durty Cloth Tool as it makes it much easier than the option above
Singleplayer
Open OpenIV
Enable Edit Mode
Drag and drop the files to the path: mods\x64\dlcpacks\mpvinewood\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpvinewood_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_vinewood
