Heeled sandals with 26 different colors
Installation instructions:
1. Launch OpenIV
2. Activate edit mode
3. Go to C: Program Files Rockstar Games Grand Theft Auto V mods update x64 dlcpacks
Choose the file of your choice, (for heels, replace with shoes with heels, otherwise they will not appear).
4. Drag the ytd files I provided into OpenIV
5. Run game and use a trainer such as Menyoo or Simple Trainer to change clothes
