I always liked bringing older character from the past gta games to V but i just feel like its a bit too cartoony so i edited the head and made the textures a bit more realistic.
It replaces michael.
I recommend using EMFSP so you dont have to install to mppatches
install in:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\EMFsingleplayer\dlc.rpf\x64\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_zero
bugs:
– the original tommy hair can be too windy at times, im still figuring out on how to fix that
– face animations on cutscenes are a lil bit janky im ngl
– the neck doesnt connect to the body so tanktop and naked body dont work that well
