IMPORTANT: Be4 installing the oiv backup your feet diff files so you wont lose your current textures if you got already (AND YOU GOTTA HAVE EMFSinglePlayer for the oiv to work
requirements:

– Ultimate Shoes Pack
Install:
Open openiv, enable edit mode and then go to:
Mods/update/x64v//models/cdimages/streamedpeds(underscore)players/player one
and then place the added mod placed in the archive to the directory
