This mod replaces the bottom half of the topless ladies at the playboy mansion with fully nude textures. There are uncensored photos in the mod.

To install you need openiv

Install one of the textures you want to: Grand Theft Auto \update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf

Known Bugs: Can see the out line of the underwear on full nude skin
