How to get it for Singleplayer:
Copy the files from the SP folder and replace it here
Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mplowrider\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mplowrider_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_lowrider_01
For FiveM
You just put the folder named pandemiiahairbuns in your resources
than you go to server.cfg and type start pandemiiahairbuns
