Here’s how you install it:
Extract the file named “jbib_diff_000_b_uni”
and you need ScripthookV, ScriptHookV Dot Net and Open IV.
Start OpenIV
Go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mplowrider\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mplowrider_male.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_lowrider_01
And Replace the “jbib_diff_000_b_uni”
Start GTA V and take any Modmenu (TrainerV or else) and create a new MP Character.
And Select the T-Shirt.
Done!
