Just a quick little change I did to franklin to add some authenticity of the gang culture. All tats, well most of them are legit blood gang signs and symbols. Not so much as street, but more like prison.
use open iv go to
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
hit edit, then drag and drop the files into the player_one deal.
if its not in your mod folder you may want to move that archive there. otherwise mess with it at your own risk
to set it up in game use menyoo or another trainer to change the wardrobe selection. For the face its head 0 for the torso its 26 and 0 texture. These are in menyoo only.
