You can install this skin as an addon ped or replace an existing ped, both work.

Installation Instructions:
It is advised to install this ped as an addon ped. You can find tutorials on how to install addon peds with a 2 seconds google search. Alternatively, you can replace an existing streamed ped in x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_ig.rpf by replacing the corresponding .ymt and .yft files and the meshes and textures inside your target model’s folder.

❥ Added movement to the eyebrows and eyelids.
❥ Adjusted the model’s spine rotation to correct excessive curvature.
❥ Removed all outdated screenshots and added five new ones showcasing the model’s improved current state.

❥ Proper specular maps added to the model. As a result, the pants now correctly shine like in Saints Row 3 and the makeup is more prevalent.
❥ Fixed hair transparency, hair is now a standalone .ydd
❥ Several minor fixes, including naming conventions that would cause some parts of the model to appear textureless when viewed in OpenIV
