First open the OpenIV and install to: x64v.rpf > dlcpacks > mpchristmas2 > dlc.rpf> x64 > models > cdimages > mpxmas2.rpf > mp f freemode 01 female xmas2

To install on FiveM:
– Put the files into the “stream” folder.

If you have files with the same name, simply rename the file and texture
