You Can Either Replace the original hand texture or Use reds EMFsingleplayer to add it on

open Openiv
Click Edit Mode
Click mods/ x64v.rpf/ models/ cdimages/ streamedpeds players/ player on

Add On instructions Using EMFsingleplayer:
Rename ytd file (Rename instructions inside folder)
Open OpenIV
Click mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/EMFsingleplayer/dlc.rpf/x64/streamedpeds players.rpf/player one
