Fresh cut, you can use it on any ped as long as you have the 0 0 texture, AKA benjamins face texture, the more you blend it in with another face the lesser the haircut and beard will be visible.
Install to install to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mppatchensg/dlc/x64/models/cdimages/mppatches/mp m freemode 01/ drop the texture file there and your done!
once you spawn in MP Male you should see the mod working on him.
It also includes facial hair and scar.
