This ped is based on CS:GO’s default SAS operator. I assembled this ped by using Rockstar’s assets.
Installation:
1. Go to mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks
2. Enable edit mode and drag the “x3msas” folder into the dlcpacks folder
3. Go to mods > update > update.rpf > common > data
4. Enable edit mode and add this entry “dlcpacks:/x3msas/” in dlclist.xml
