Installation method:
copy the file to:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds players.rpf/player one/uppr diff 004 b uni/, using the Open IV program in “Edit mode” mode click with the right click on top of the file and choose “edit”, then select the texture and again right click this time on “replace”, select the file and open, then click save and you’re done.
The shirt is in the model “Black T-Shirt OG”
