Follow this path in your mods folder and drag and drop into the folder.
update > x64 > dlcpacks > mpapartment > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > mpapt01.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_male_apt01

Replaces an unused “task” (typically body armor) asset, and can also be moved to replace any other “task” item you want/need. Directions are also provided in the download.
