A custom add-on ped I made from scrap. This was made to Twitch streamer called ‘Vargskelethor’, featuring his character called ‘Fren’. This mod is targeted towards him and his community.
Context
Vargskelethor, also known as Joel, is a Twitch variety streamer, playing all sorts of games for his audience. He has a green little character named Fren, that I personally enjoy. Therefore, I took my time to make his character from scrap, port him to GTA V to personally show it to Joel and his community.

Installation
Place the contents inside ‘VargFren’ folder to your Add-on peds folder.
Next, add the content from ‘Ped metadata.txt’ to your ‘ap_m.xml’ file. If you are unsure how to do this, you can watch my video below.
Watch from 03:08 to 04:21.
The metadata file contains what type of movement animation this ped should use, as well keep it close to the ground. If you install the ped metadata incorrectly, the ped will float in mid air.
Known issues
Due to the peds small size, the ped will have an issue reaching the steering wheel of all vehicles, especially on mortocycles.
