Younger (slightly) Trevor. Removed the wrinkles. Bro still hella ugly though. Can’t remember where I got the hair from. Darker beard, 12 T-Shirts or so, different eye color and tats.

Go to:
x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_two
rename “head_000.ydd” to “head_000.old” (this is your backup)

Drag and drop the contents from the zip folder:
x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_two

Ctrl+F3 or Tools > Search: “player_two”
Replace any instances of “head_000” found in these folders from the search results.

1.1: Updated instructions, adjusted gap between eye brow and hairline edge.
