Having custom peds modded into the game is great and all, but having them also spawn ambiently, like default peds that come with the game, is even better. That’s exactly what this mod does.
Ambient peds spawned by this mod can
– Wander around
– Play a scenario (like using their phone) alone or in a group
– Drive around
Spawn settings can be configured in the .ini file.
How does it work:
Create an outfit file with menyoo and let the mod load it. That’s it.
