I found that there is no seller of simple weapons, that scripts push that have a lot of prerequisites and buy weapons at the base store is not very PR considering the use we make . I developed this script of weapon seller that allows to buy different weapons and reload the one in hand.

REQUIRED: ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet2 3.4 or higher
Use: Numpad8 For up in menu
Numpad5 For down in menu
Enter for purachase & Backspace to close menu
Installation: extract the contents of the RAR file in your Script folder
(Next update: percentage chance of raid police during transaction)
