This is a script that will patch the recording restrictions in cutscenes. You will need Unknown’s No Rockstar Editor Restrictions to be able to edit them as they will be flagged as blocked in the editor.
TLDR: You can record cutscenes with this script.

How to install
Drop in root folder
Usage
Start recording before entering a cutscene, Then enter it or request it via a mod menu. (As of now, you cant stop/start recording while in a cutscene yet.)
