This is a copy of MrGTAmodsgermans script, but built on SHVDN3, since his script didnt work for me when i used SHVDN3. In the WheelFix.ini you can change the key you want to use, and if you want to keep the Engine On when leaving the vehicle. Default Value for both – U and True.
Installation:
Copy FixWheelTurnBackSHVDN3.dll and WheelFix.ini to your scripts folder.
