
This mod will diversify gang-related gameplay
by allowing territory capturing and introducing advanced companion mechanics.
Controls:

- Added roaming bulk vans: gang-owned transport vans carrying 0.5–2kg of cargo, manned by a driver, 1–2 passengers, and 0–3 escort vehicles.

- Fixed dealers stacking on top of each other — spawning now skips spots within 50 units of an existing dealer
- Fixed bulk-dealing payment briefcase occasionally failing to spawn — creation now retries up to 5 times with a clear error subtitle if it ultimately fails
- Fixed persistent-member cleanup despawning nearby dealers and peds in vehicles — cleanup now skips dealers within 100m and skips any ped inside a vehicle
- Improved turf war balance: attacker spawn multiplier now uses full configured value when down to a single sector; perimeter spawning suppressed during victory-hold timer to prevent ping-pong recapture loops
- Improved radial menu feedback: audio cue on category change and on slot wrap-around
