LSPD 2020 Scout ELS Converted

ELS Link: emergency lighting system

ELS provides an alternate and incredibly in-depth way of controlling emergency vehicle lights and sounds. what this means pretty much
is instead of pressing E to activate police lights and hold or double press E to use different sirens instead it deactivates that key and
replaces it with 3 others J to activate the lights G to activate the primary siren (1,2,3,4,5,6 control different tones) and K to activate different
lighting patterns if you have police cars made specifically for ELS (This pack Isnt its just modified to use the same functions)

I did not remodel or edit the police vehicle in anyway i just made a ELS .xml for its
Emergency Lighting all credits go to noisiak.

I was sick of the fact you had to hold or double press the E key to change siren tones and turn on the sirens with ELS
you dont have to since the J key is to turn on the lights with no sirens and G key to activate the sirens while also using
the 123456 keys for different tones. Lots of blabber i know but thats why i made this
