LSPD Enhanced V1.1

Tired of cops trying to murder you just for stealing a car? LSPD Enhanced offers a more immersive and realistic law enforcement experience. Instead of immediately using deadly force, officers will first attempt non-lethal options like tasers. However, if you injure or kill anyone, expect them to respond with lethal force.
If the LSPD catches you alive, you will be taken to jail. While in custody, you will have countless options for escape. Pick locks, bribe guards, steal keycards, or even disguise yourself as a guard. If you manage to escape, the police will not forget you. The warrant system will ensure they keep searching for you.
Additionaly, your actions now have lasting consequences. If you die while wanted, you will lose 50 percent of your hard-earned cash. (configurable in settings)

Features:
– Realistic police behavior: Officers escalate their force based on your actions
– Hostage system: Aim a weapon at a civilian to make the police temporarily hold fire
– Warrants: if a cop gets a good look at you during a chase, a warrant will be issued. Warrants can apply to you or your vehicle (vehicles can be spotted quicker, from further away). Wearing a mask will prevent the cops from giving you a personal warrant. Once you are spotted, your chase will resume with the same implications as before
– Jail: If the cops catch you alive, they will take you to jail, where you can either hire a lawyer or escape.
– Escape mechanics: Pick locks, bribe guards, steal disguises, or find other ways out
– Prison: If you don’t escape from jail, you’ll go to prison. There, you can either do your time or plan a breakout
– Pickpocketing: Sneak up behind guards to steal useful items
– Story Mode compatibility: Mod automatically disables during story missions and re-enables afterward
