In GTA when walking and running the camera always returns behind the character
the delay before auto-rotation is very small and it always irritated me(on mouse and gamepad)
The mod disables auto-rotation
Now the camera when walking, running and sprinting never returns itself behind the character

Installation:
Put gtav_no_cam_rotation_1. dll into /scripts folder, the usual for script mods, located in gta main folder
Usage:
press simultaneously keys y+b on Keyboard to on/off mod
