No More LSLife Backup V1.0

Removes the backup driveby spawns from LSLife

LSLife is one of the best mods out there but I always hated the amount of backup that would spawn when you killed a rival dealer – this mod puts a stop to that by capping the spawned driveby peds and vehicles to 1 or 0

Credit to mcal9909 for LSLife – I found the source code online and created this script to essentially block/delete the driveby backup peds and vehicles.
