This mod is a simple Seatbelt Menu.
install:
drag and drop Seatbelt Menu.dll into your scripts folder.
If you don’t have a scripts folder then you can create a new folder in your directory and name it “scripts”.
Press F7 to open.
Make sure these are installed:
1. (NativeUI)
2. (Scripthookvdotnet)
3. (Scripthookv)
