This mod stops NPCs from just running you over when you threaten them with a weapon.
Instead, they will now surrender and can be kicked out of the car.
How does it work:
If a car is stopped, aim at the NPC and press E (or X / Square on controller) to make them leave the car.
If the vehicle is not stopped already, aim at it and also press E (or X / Square on controller) to bring it to a halt. This will only work when you are close and in front of the vehicle.
