Better Video Export V1.1

– Patches maximum bitrate & FPS allowed for Editor exports
– Allows for native 4K Video exports
– Uses FFMPEG for encoding rather than the outdated built in encoder

USAGE:
– Place BetterVideoExport.asi in the root directory of GTA V
– Place ffmpeg.exe in the root directory of GTA V (Or have ffmpeg in your PATH Variable)
