GTAModsManager is a lightweight GTA V mod manager that cleanly separates Vanilla from modded profiles.
Junctions for “mods/” and “scripts/”, file symlinks (or copy fallback) for root overlays (e.g., dinput8.dll, .asi).
Includes a Vanilla baseline and a Diff (ADDED / CHANGED / REMOVED), Backups, Profile Import/Export, and Light/Dark theme.

Install:
Extract the zip and run GTAModsManager.exe (self-contained).
Select your GTA V folder and create the “Vanilla” baseline.
Create/activate a profile and place your mods in it.
Online note: Do not use mods in GTA Online. Switch to Soft Vanilla before launching.
Requirements: Windows 10/11 x64, GTA V (Steam/RGL).
