I think your problems are over. With this tool you can merge handling mods at the safest way. Here everything is replaced, but nothing is added or removed.
I just recommend you to always make a backup of your current handling, because the changes you make are irreversible.
This tool is being tested yet, and if you find a bug or just want to make a feedback, it is more than welcome.

The way it works is the simplest possible. Select the text file with the handling mod you downloaded, and the program will crawl it recovering all the handling data it found there. If some of the vehicles don’t appear on the list is because expressions are not closed on your text file. After this, select the handling.meta file that you already uses in your GTA V, but make a backup of it first. Select all the vehicles and variables you want to change, then after click on merge wait some seconds until it is done.
