Vehicle Kit ID Getter 1.1

Did you feel lost when you are making Add-on vehicles when you don’t know which ID was taken and which ID was free?
Are you fustrated when you added new vehicles to the game then found out the Tuneable parts aren’t tuneable? Or other vehicles become un-tune-able?
This Tool will get all the IDs from Carcols.meta and Carcols.ymt.xml.

Requirements:
– Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2
