Installation:
Single Player: Place the “spec130” folder in “mods/update/x64/dlcpacks” Add the line “dlcpacks:/ec130/” to “mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml”
FiveM: Drag and drop the “fivemec130” folder into your resources Add the line “start ec130” to your “server.cfg”
