1 – Put the folder fan2025 in: GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2 – Go on: GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
3 – Extract dlclist.xml
4 – Modify dlclist.xml and add this string:

dlcpacks:/fan2025/

5 – Spawn by name “fan2025”
